F&F Distribuidora de Medicamentos is part of Grupo União Química Farmacêutica, one of Brazil’s largest pharmaceutical groups. The distributor’s operation required a local technical support partner capable of working within the strict compliance policies of corporate IT — centralized in Brasília — without compromising operational continuity.
Challenge
Maintain the IT infrastructure of a pharmaceutical distributor in full operation, respecting network restrictions, corporate security policies and compliance standards defined by headquarters — with agile local response capability and no conflict with central IT directives.
What Cubo9 did
We acted as F&F’s local technical arm for 10 years, executing: network asset installation, configuration and replacement; notebook and workstation setup and support; label and barcode printer installation and maintenance (Zebra); user network support — all aligned with União Química’s security and compliance policies.
Result
IT operation maintained continuously and without incidents for 10 years, with high satisfaction from the local team — fully respecting corporate group standards. The partnership ended in 2022 by Cubo9’s strategic decision to discontinue its on-site technical support arm and focus on software development.
