Challenge
Act as an invisible engineering arm across multiple simultaneous contexts: institutional projects that were significantly delayed and needed to be unblocked, digital products built from scratch for ecosystem startups, and technical leadership in mixed teams with internal staff and freelancers — all to a high standard and without appearing publicly.

- Major institutional portal: took over a project that was significantly delayed with no concrete deliverables, and achieved the first functional deliverables in just over 4 months — unblocking a critical relationship between the consultancy and a high-profile institutional client
- Hyperlocal news platform: full digital product development for one of the ecosystem’s startups — neighborhood and street-level coverage in Recife. Cubo9 acted as technical lead, participating in product decisions alongside the internal team and other collaborators
- Startup MVPs: development of minimum viable products for business hypothesis validation for portfolio startups
- Institutional websites: digital presence for the consultancy’s clients and startups
